Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer size exchanges in case the product does not fit you. Additionally, if the product does not suit you, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Email us at chictherapy@outlook.com to request an exchange.
  2. Pickup and delivery charges will apply and will be communicated at the time of processing the request.

Damages & Warranty Policy

  1. Shipping Damage Replacement
    • If your product is damaged during shipping, we offer free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • To initiate a replacement, email us at chictherapy@outlook.com with images and an unboxing video.
  2. 1-Year Warranty on Gold-Plating & Manufacturing Defects
    • We provide a 1-year warranty covering gold-plating and manufacturing defects.
    • Accidental damage is not covered under this warranty.
    • To file a warranty claim, email us at chictherapy@outlook.com to arrange an assessment and pickup.
  3. Accidental Damage & Out-of-Warranty Repairs
    • If a product is damaged due to accidental reasons or is outside the warranty period, repair charges will apply.
    • Contact us for a repair cost estimate at chictherapy@outlook.com.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Delivery Address: If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Used or Damaged Product Returns: We do not issue refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  3. Handcrafted Product Variations: Since all our products are handmade, slight variations in color and design do not qualify for refunds.
