Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chic Therapy. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy:

1. Shipment Processing Time

• Standard dispatch time is 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed for dispatch the next business day.
• Delivery time varies between 3-14 days, depending on the customer's location and the courier facility.
• If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers via email or phone.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges depend on the order value and will be calculated at checkout.
• Chic Therapy reserves the right to modify shipping charges based on logistics and courier partner policies.
• International shipping charges will vary depending on the destination.

3. COD Policy

• COD is applicable for orders below INR 5000 with certain conditions
• Prepaid orders above INR 3000 are eligible for free shipping within India.
• COD charges will be applicable as per courier partner guidelines.

4. International Shipping

• International orders are shipped via reputed courier partners
• Pricing for international orders varies due to currency fluctuations and additional handling charges.
• VAT, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer and will be charged separately at the time of delivery by the courier company.
• International delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed due to customs clearance procedures.

5. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

• Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
• Tracking details will be activated within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Issues

• If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, customers must refuse delivery and contact Chic Therapy immediately at chictherapy@outlook.com or +91 9167773720 with their order reference number.
• Chic Therapy will arrange for a replacement in case of confirmed damage during shipping.
