• Dispatch timeline: 5–7 working days from order confirmation
• Each product is uniquely created; no two pieces will be identical
• Minor variations are natural and not considered defects

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or operational delays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• COD is available for orders up to ₹19,999
• For orders above ₹19,999:
  • 10% advance payment is mandatory
  • Remaining amount payable at delivery
• If a COD order is refused:
  • Advance payment will not be refunded
  • Additional delivery charges will apply for re-shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Tracking is activated within 24 hours of dispatch.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:

• Order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO)
• Re-shipping charges must be prepaid

Please ensure accurate details and availability during delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange is allowed only if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong product is delivered
• Product has a manufacturing defect

All orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.

Once dispatched, Chic Therapy is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.

All claims are subject to verification with the courier partner.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory issues.

No compensation will be provided for such delays.
