1. Payment Terms
- Orders will be processed with a partial payment of 5-15% of the total order value.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at the time of delivery. Such orders will be treated as Partial COD orders or PPCOD
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders once placed can only be canceled at the discretion of Chic Therapy.
- Cancellation approval depends on the order processing stage, shipping status, and payment terms.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The wrong quantity has been delivered.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for return/exchange requests.
- Return/exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Chic Therapy.

- All Chic Therapy products are handcrafted by artisans, leading to slight variations in color, design, and texture.
- These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
