SALE POLICY

1. Payment Terms

  • Orders will be processed with a partial payment of 5-15% of the total order value.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared at the time of delivery. Such orders will be treated as Partial COD orders or PPCOD

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed can only be canceled at the discretion of Chic Therapy.
  • Cancellation approval depends on the order processing stage, shipping status, and payment terms.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
    • The wrong product has been delivered.
    • The wrong quantity has been delivered.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for return/exchange requests.
  • Return/exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Chic Therapy.

4. Handmade Product Disclaimer

  • All Chic Therapy products are handcrafted by artisans, leading to slight variations in color, design, and texture.
  • These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
