CHIC THERAPY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Chic Therapy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions is met:

  1. Incorrect Product Delivered – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  2. Incorrect Quantity Delivered – If the number of items delivered does not match your order.

To process a return or exchange under these conditions, a mandatory unboxing video must be provided as proof. This video should clearly capture the package being opened for verification. Approval of return/exchange requests is at the sole discretion of Chic Therapy.

Important Notes:

  • As all our products are traditionally handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit Your Request
    • Email us at chictherapy@outlook.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
    • Attach clear images of the incorrect or damaged product along with the mandatory unboxing video.
    • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Review & Approval
    • Our team will review the submitted evidence.
    • If approved, we will arrange for a return pickup at our discretion.
  3. Return Pickup & Replacement
    • Once we receive the returned product, we will verify its condition.
    • If approved, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.
    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
