• Each piece is uniquely created for every order
• No two products will be identical
• Minor variations in design, color, or finish are natural and not defects

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product is delivered
• Product has a manufacturing defect

All exchanges are subject to verification and approval.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Size or fit issues
• Color or design preference
• Minor variations due to handcrafted nature

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery
• Email: chictherapy@outlook.com
• Share clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

• Exchange is initiated only after approval from our team
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
• If pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship

Replacement will be processed after quality verification of returned product.

Exchange requests may be rejected if:

• Product has been used, worn, or altered
• Product is returned without original packaging or invoice
• Damage is caused by customer misuse

• COD is available for orders up to ₹19,999
• For orders above ₹19,999:
  • 10% advance payment is required
  • Remaining payable at delivery
• If delivery is refused:
  • Advance payment will not be refunded
  • Additional delivery charges will apply for re-shipment

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All packaging and tags must be intact
• Items must be securely packed for return shipping

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• No changes can be made after order confirmation

• Response time: within 48 hours
• Exchange processing after QC approval
• Dispatch timeline for replacement: 5–7 working days

All exchange approvals are subject to internal quality checks. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

This Policy is governed by Indian law.
