All products sold by Chic Therapy are handcrafted, made-to-order jewellery pieces.

Due to the bespoke and artisanal nature of each product:

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• No returns are accepted
• Each piece is uniquely made; no two products will be identical

We only offer exchange in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or broken
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product has a manufacturing defect

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

• Change of mind
• Design, color, or style preference
• Minor variations (due to handcrafted nature)
• Delay in delivery
• Incorrect order placed by customer
• Requests made beyond allowed timelines

• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear images/videos of product, packaging, and invoice

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

• Request is reviewed within 48 hours
• Product must pass internal quality verification
• Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days

Replacement product will be dispatched once the original product is received and approved.

• Reverse pickup will be arranged only after approval
• If unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
• Shipping reimbursement (if applicable) is at company discretion

• COD is available for orders up to ₹19,999
• For orders above ₹19,999, 10% advance payment is required
• Remaining amount payable at delivery

Important:

• If a COD order (with partial payment) is refused at delivery:
• The advance amount will not be refunded
• Additional delivery/re-shipping charges will apply for reattempts

• No refunds will be issued for cancelled orders
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Made-to-order nature makes cancellations non-reversible

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping (if applicable) is only considered for approved defective cases

If an order is returned due to:

• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

• No refund will be issued
• Re-shipping will be charged additionally

Exchange requests will be rejected if:

• Product shows signs of use or damage
• Packaging/tags are missing
• Product is altered after delivery

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests or block accounts in case of:

• Repeated abuse of policy
• Fraudulent claims
• Suspicious activity

• Claim response: within 48 hours
• Quality check: 2–4 business days
• Exchange dispatch: 5–7 working days

All decisions regarding exchanges are subject to internal verification. The Company’s decision is final and binding.

This Policy is governed by Indian law.
