All products sold on Chic Therapy are handcrafted, artisanal jewellery pieces.

• Each piece is made individually upon order
• No two products will be identical
• Minor variations in design, finish, or color are natural and not defects

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accounts are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse or fraud

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Hack, scrape, or misuse the website
• Create multiple accounts for fraud or abuse

• Product images are for representation purposes
• Handcrafted nature may result in slight variations
• Such variations do not qualify as defects
• All products are subject to availability

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Payments are processed via secure gateways

• All products are made-to-order
• Dispatch timeline: 5–7 working days
• Delays may occur due to artisanal production processes

• COD available for orders up to ₹19,999
• For orders above ₹19,999:
  • 10% advance payment required
  • Remaining amount payable at delivery
• If COD order is refused:
  • Advance payment will not be refunded
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Since products are made-to-order, cancellation is strictly limited

• No returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances
• Exchange is allowed only if:
  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

• Delivery timelines are estimates
• Handled via third-party logistics partners
• Company is not liable for transit delays or courier issues

All designs, images, and content are owned by Chic Therapy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

By submitting reviews or content, you grant us rights to use it for marketing and operational purposes.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the order value.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse of the platform.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
